Cardi B’s Sister Might’ve Just Revealed Her Baby’s Gender

When Cardi B made her pregnancy announcement during her performance on SNL it was so darn epic that it was pretty much on par with that of Beyonce’s. And well, it’s safe to say that we, along with every other Cardi fan, were pretty darn excited.

But none more so than Cardi’s own sister who couldn’t help but gush about the new little edition to their family on social media. But did she accidentally reveal the gender of the baby in the process?

Sister Hennessey wrote a long spiel alongside a picture of her rapping sister in the SNL performance, and excuse the grammar, but this is what she said:

“A baby is truly a blessing from god I know how much you always wanted to be a mom! You always been like a second mom to me so I know u gonna be the best mommy everrrr. You took care of me like I was ur own daughter I know how much you LOVE babies.” (sic)

She continued saying, “Growing up, you would always break me off a piece of your plate without me asking…to our little brother you give him whatever he imagines…overtime I use to see your adorable baby pictures, I use to wish I was older than you just so I would’ve gotten the chance to carry you and give you kisses when you were a baby because you were so cute and adorable!” (sic)

Now this is where it gets a little bit interesting. While the current version shows the next part of the message to read, “I’m going to be able to hold ur baby and give the baby all the kisses and hugs!” it didn’t always say this.

Apparently the message originally read “hold ur baby and give HER all the kisses and hugs!” but was quickly changed to be gender neutral. Well, not quick enough because some eagle eyed fans managed to screenshot the original message!

Does this mean that Cardi is expecting a little girl? The ‘Bodak Yellow’ rapper has yet to make any comment on her baby’s gender and so it looks like we’ll just have to wait and see.

But either way, we can’t WAIT for a little Cardi and Offset, boy or girl, to be running around! And with parent’s like that, likely hood is they’ll have some serious rapping skills.
