J.K. Rowling Just Apologised For Killing FAVE Character
JK Rowling has taken to Twitter to apologise to fans for killing off some of her most popular Harry Potter characters, including Severus Snape, Fred Weasley and Remus Lupin.
Played by the late Alan Rickman, Snape was one of the most controversial characters of the Potter series. While he made Harry's life misery for much of his time at Hogwarts, due to the fact he was in love with Potter's mum Lily, he did save the wizard's life on a number of occasions.
“OK, here it is. Please don’t start flame wars over it, but this year I’d like to apologise for killing (whispers) ... Snape. *runs for cover*,” she wrote on Twitter.
