The 'My Kitchen Rules' Secret That Will Change Your Opinion
It may sound like the most fun thing in the world, sitting down to five-star dinners every night but My Kitchen Rules star Kyle has revealed it’s not as great as you think.
The instant restaurant segments are said to be the longest, with Kyle explaining to OK Magazine We'd get there at 2-2.3-pm and be getting dessert well after midnight'.
The longest night was after Dave and Betty's instant restaurant, of which Kyle says, 'I think we left at about 5 am!'
He added that dinner was served so late that they didn’t care what they were eating.
OK! Magazine goes on to claim that filming days can take an entire day, lasting between 15-20 hours, with another contestant saying they could go starving and thirsty between courses in the dinners.
'There was a lot of drinking,' the source said, with 'wine the preferred beverage' the Magazine alleges.
The contestants were also never allowed to get up from the table, with one comparing to it like being ‘at school’.
Kyle has said, however, that the food they recieved was always warm, no matter how late it is.
