Sydney's Burgapalooza Menu Has Been Revealed & OMG

On the off-chance you haven't already heard, Burgapalooza is coming back to Sydney and we cannot stress enough how much you need to be there.

The event, run by Hashtag Burgers and Menulog, will take over Fraser Park in Marrickville for a two-day extravaganza on April 1 and 2, and we FINALLY got our eager little hands on the confirmed menu.

Each legendary burger joint has come up with an original dish especially for Burgapalooza and GUYS they're pulling out all the stops; check it out.


Grass-fed beef pattie, havarti cheese, caramelised onion, brie, truffle mustard, pickles and lime mayo.

The Power Of Juan - BL Burgers

BL beef pattie, American cheese, tequila and agave bacon jam, jalapeño jelly, pickled Spanish onion, avocado aioli and coral lettuce.


Beef and bone marrow pattie, porcini bacon butter sauce, garlic aioli, crunchy onions and seeded bun.

Beef and Hash - Burger Head

Angus beef pattie, bacon and cheese-stuffed hash, diet-ruining gravy, BH sauce and dill pickles.

Piggy Back - Superior Burger

House-made salt-aged beef, McClure's pickles, fermented pork jowl nduja, smoked maple mustard, cheese and an organic bun.


Too good.

There are plenty of unbelievable desserts on offer, too; N2 Extreme Gelato are whipping up Ferrari Reveal gelato and thickshakes, Black Star Pastry are swooping in with their famous Strawberry Watermelon Cake, and Grump Donuts have revealed that THIS concoction will be served at their stand this weekend.

Tickets are still available here, but you get a $10 Menulog voucher with that and kids under 12 get in free.
