5-Year-Old Boy Hit By A Car In Western Sydney
A boy is in hospital in a serious but stable condition after being struck by a car in western Sydney this morning.
Emergency services rushed to the intersection of Rickard Road and Lady Cutler Avenue in Bankstown after reports a sedan struck a boy.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the 5-year-old boy at the scene, before he was taken to Westmead Hospital with suspected fractures.
The female driver of the car was uninjured and taken to Bankstown Hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing.
Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit will conduct an investigation into the incident.
