Arrests Made After Father & Son Stabbed In Sydney's West

Three people have been charged after a serious stabbing outside a property in Sydney's west in the early hours of yesterday morning.

The 57-year-old and 25-year-old, believed to be a father and son, were found outside the home on The Horsley Drive in Carramar just before 3am on Tuesday with multiple stab wounds.

They were rushed to Westmead Hospital, where the older man remains in a critical but stable condition.

Shortly after the incident, police stopped a car on Granger Avenue, Mount Pritchard and questioned the occupants before arresting all four and taking them in to Fairfield station.

As a result of their inquiries, a 29-year-old woman, 18-year-old man and 17-year-old boy were charged with wound with intent and affray.

They were all denied bail, and will appear in court later today.
