Raid Of Ibrahim Mum Finds “Hundreds Of Rounds Of Ammunition”


Police have allegedly found a firearm and “hundreds of rounds of ammunition” in the western Sydney home of the mother Kings Cross identity John Ibrahim today.

It has also been revealed that the Australian Federal Police found a semi-automatic firearm during a raid on the property in Price St, Merrylands last week.

The AFP raids were part of Operation Veyda which saw two of Wahiba Ibrahim’s other sons, Michael and Fadi, put in a Dubai jail cell charged over an alleged syndicate involved with drugs and illicit tobacco smuggling into Australia.

The State Crime Command’s Firearms Squad raided Mrs Ibrahim’s home and found at least one more gun and ammunition.

A police source told The Daily Telegraph ;

“They have found a gun and hundreds of rounds of ammunition of various calibres” 

John Ibrahim has not been charged in relation to either raid.
