Salim Mehajer's House Is Up For Rent & The Photos Are INSANE
Salim Mehajer is moving house and he's certainly not keeping quiet about it.
The disgraced former deputy Auburn mayor took to Instagram to announce that, after 29 years, he intends to leave Lidcombe and will be renting out his incredibly lavish six-bedroom home to "one lucky family."
"Yes, it's for Lease and NOT sale," Mehajer wrote. "Did you know I designed, built and hand picked every single item in the house, from the screws that are the hinges to the light bulb luminosity.
"Slide through some of my carefully selected images (never seen before)."
After 29 years, I've decided to leave the Suburb of Lidcombe. Born and raised in this street / suburb, I've decided to finally rent it out to one luck family. 🙏Yes it's for Lease and NOT sale.. Did you know I designed, built and hand picked every single item in the house, from the screws that are the hinges to the light bulb luminosity. 😉 Slide through some of my carefully selected images (never seen before). Opps, there will be no disclosure of where in Sydney I'll be moving to🙈🙉🙊 Can you guess? LESSON TO ALL: 🙌You live, you learn and you upgrade. In God I trust 🙏 Thank you @iconic_films
According to realestate.com.au, Mehajer's property is set on 800sqm and is "unquestionably one of the most impressive homes built in Lidcombe with no expense spared."
Set over four levels, the enormous house has a "marble sweeping staircase with curved glass", has a custom-made Swarovski crystal chandelier and even has its own lift.
There's also a 10-car garage, five bathrooms, a home theatre system "with premium massage chairs", TWO swimming pools, a private sauna and 56 security cameras.
If Mehajer is speaking your language, you'd better be prepared to pay up; the house is going for $2,950 a week which means a bond of close to $12,000.
You can check out the property listing here for even more photos, if you can stomach it.
