Sydney Man Impaled On Fence After Fall From Ladder
A young man from Sydney has been impaled on a fence spike after falling from a ladder.
Paramedics were called to treat the 36-year-old man on Wednesday afternoon for a leg wound.
A spokesperson for NSW Ambulance said that five units were deployed to assist the man at the scene.
“It's understood that the man fell from a ladder and was impaled on a spiked fence below him,” the spokesman said.
It was reported that the man was conscious and breathing but had been given pain relief medication.
The man is believed to be from Bellevue Hill in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
