Woman Killed In Head On Crash With Truck In Sydney’s West
Traffic in Sydney’s West is still attempting to cope with the situation only expected to worsen during peak hour, following a fatal crash that occurred in the early hours of this morning.
A woman was killed after her car collided head-on with a truck on Mamre Road in St Clair at 3am this morning.
The woman’s car was travelling south on Mamre Road, near Luddenham Road when she collided with a truck travelling northbound.
She could not be saved and died at the scene. The male driver of the truck was taken to Nepean Hospital for mandatory testing.

Local diversions have been put in place as officers from Nepean Police Area Command carry out investigations into how the fatal crash occurred.
As a result, traffic in the area is still quite heavy with Mamre Road at Luddenham Road closed in both directions.

Light vehicles are being told to use McIntyre Avenue, Cook Parade and Solander Drive in each direction while heavy vehicles should use Erskine Park Road or The Northern Road.
