As if we weren’t already excited for the warmer weather to arrive, we’ve just heard word that something AH-MAZING is coming to Sydney this spring!

Forget your cheese festivals and your wine expos (well, don’t forget them. We’re fans of any foodie or alcohol themed event), a festival dedicated solely to the humble Gin and Tonic is headed our way this September.

The Fever-Tree Gin & Tonic Festival is set to be Australia’s biggest event dedicated to the G&T and it’s coming to Centennial Park next month for a three-day celebration of the much loved drink.

The event will offer G&T lovers the opportunity to explore 30 local and international gin varieties paired with the world’s finest tonics from Fever-Tree premium mixers in their actual Gin Village.

Basically, you’ll be able to drink the cocktail until your hearts content!

But you’d better be quick! Tickets are sure to sell out pretty fast!
