We’ve all seen the pancake cereal trend going around but to be honest…ew, I don’t want soggy milky pancakes for breakfast and neither should you!
Now some genius has invented cookie cereal, and I’m definitely here for this one!
Cookies and milk are a NATURAL dynamic duo and are meant to be together.
Like we’re not talking cookie crisp cereal which already exists…we’re talking straight up mini-gooey cookies in a bowl of milk…for breakfast.
Actual genius Justin Schuble has gone on TikTok and perfected the dish in two rounds!
After his first round he learnt from a few mistakes and has shared his thoughts.
His caption goes through the steps for us!
Here’s how to do it:
- Cut your cookie dough into even pieces. You want to make sure they bake evenly or else some will burn and others will be undercooked. Instead of rolling them into balls, just round the edges. And add an extra chocolate chip on top for a prettier final product.
- Bake at 350F for about 7 minutes (cookies will still be a little soft). Let them sit on the counter and harden for a few minutes.
- Add a few spoonfuls of your mini cookies to a bowl and enjoy with milk. To avoid getting all the cookies soggy at once, only add a few bites to your bowl at a time.
