There is now a time for you to rectify this problem, and no, we’re not talking about flossing teeth.
MOULD, a cheese festival which is a collaboration between Bruny Island Cheese Co. cheesemaker Nick Haddow and the team behind Pinot Palooza, is coming back to Sydney for it’s second year.
There will be over 50 types of cheeses for you to try, and because they know that it can be thirsy work, they’ve also organised some wine, beer and whisky for you to help it all go down.
There will be cooking demos, and masterclasses… and yes… cheese tastings!
The festival is on May 24 and 25, and tickets are on sale now.
Tickets will cost you about $40 plus a booking fee, but this will cover you for all tastings.
