Premiere Gladys Berejiklian revealed in a press conference this morning that 15 new cases have popped up in NSW overnight, however ALL new cases have direct links to the Avalon/Northern Beaches cluster.

This means that the government can more easily link and control the spread of the infection.

With over 38, 000 tests being taken by residents in the last 24 hours, the state is taking this very seriously with now 83 cases being linked to the cluster in total.

The local government urges us all to stay up-to-date on the government’s COVID-19 website so we know the latest on rules and regulations.

The source or ‘patient zero’ of the Northern Beaches cluster has yet to be found, so make sure you’re wearing a mask, sanitising, social distancing.
