Domestic violence is a national shame. The statistics are shocking, but the topic is rarely spoken about.
Jerry Retford is a man who, by his own admission, abused his ex-wife both physically and emotionally.
He attended a Relationships Australia program that helps violent men acknowledge their behaviour and now he’s working to help other men crack the cycle of domestic violence.
Mike E and Emma spoke with Jerry about what made him finally seek to change.
