Our wildlife has been devastated in the recent bushfire crisis but now you can help raise money while also relaxing at the same time.

You can now do koala yoga at a zoo in Sydney on a rooftop at sunset to help raise much needed funds for our injured wildlife.

Wild Life Sydney Zoo is hosting two Koala Sunset Yoga sessions in the next two says on their opener Koala Rooftop so you can salute to the sun while surrounded by our gorgeous native marsupial.

The sessions will be held on Tuesday December 10 and Wednesday December 11 and we’re told they’re suited to people of all yoga abilities.

It will be run by Kiin Yoga and Flow Athletic, with mats provided for everyone. So all you need to do is rock up in your comfy clothes and get ready to stretch, breathe and repeat.

The best part about the class is that while it will cost $45 a ticket, 100 percent of the proceeds are going to Koalas in Care and WIRES Bushfire Emergency Fund, two organisations that are helping recuse and care for the wildlife impacted by the bushfires.

At this point it is feared that 2000 koalas have been killed and 850,000 hectares of land has been destroyed so far in the bushfire crisis.

So get ready to do your best tree pose amongst the gumtrees of the koala enclosure. You can grab your tickets here!
